It was great meeting hundred of you during the largest TABBY exhibition so far! Over 500m2, with 12 rooms spread over 2 floors, 3 giant projection installations, 11 large wall murals and stencils, about 100 original pieces of work and hundreds of behind the scenes photos, all in the heart of Vienna.

Interviews about the exhibition:

Vienna Schnitzel - Bonus Exhibition

The Wiener Schnitzel is not just a traditional dish – its a true Austrian icon. Its (usually) a handmade work of art, and it’s time for it to have a place to be showcased and celebrated! Thats why 22 of the most famous and common schnitzels have been collected, framed, and then put on display as a bonus feature during the Vienna Exhibition. This was the first time all of these had ever been in the same room and they included everything from the famous Figlmüller to the frozen supermarket variant!

Served - Preserved - Presented

The goal was to collect pork Schnitzels, Veal was only taken if the first choice was not available on the menu. All were ordered “to go”, carefully taken back to the studio and dried out over 2 weeks.

Please take note that the drying process changes some schnitzels more than others.

Schnitzels are like people: Basically all the same, yet beautifully different and unique. Some age better than others, but its not always looks that count.
